As December comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on all the exciting events I had the pleasure of participating in over the last couple of months. It has been a whirlwind of activities, each filled with joy and festive spirit. Here's a look back at what made this time so memorable:
Highlights of the Season ♫
Bach 'B Minor Mass': I kicked off the month by performing as the soprano soloist in Bach's stunning 'B Minor Mass' with 'Harpenden Choral Society' and conductor John Andrews.
Haydn 'Nelson Mass': I performed my second Haydn 'Nelson Mass' with 'Stafford Choral Society' under the direction of Charlie Perry. It was a joy to perform this thrilling work again!
C. Bechstein Centre Manchester Recital: It was a pleasure to perform a charity fundraiser recital for 'Life Share' at the C Bechstein Centre Manchester alongside pianist Justine Gormley. It was heartwarming to see people come together for a good cause!
Festive Performance at Bolton Wanderer's Stadium: I had a lovely time performing festive tunes and songs from the shows for Horwich Rotary Club in Bolton Wanderers football stadium.
Handel 'Messiah': I joined the fabulous conductor Tom Newall and 'Salford Choral Society' for a performance of Handel's 'Messiah'. It was lovely to be joined by 'Baroque in the North' and to have had such a full audience in attendance!
Guest Artist with Prospect Brass: After dashing from my Mancunian 'Messiah', I joined 'Prospect Brass' for their annual Christmas Concert in Standish Methodist Church. I have been performing at this concert since the age of 11 (back in my piano days!) and hearing the brass band play truly makes my Christmas!
Divas and Scholars Event with Jesús León: I had a lovely time in London attending a fabulous festive recital in Westminster with 'Divas and Scholars'. Jesús León enchanted us with arias from his upcoming album 'Passione' and conductor Toby Purser discussed their exciting collaboration with the ‘Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra’.
Festive Well Wishes! 🥳
As we celebrate the festive season, I want to extend my warmest wishes to all of you. May your days be filled with joy, laughter, love - and a good rest!

As we approach the new year, I am excited to be preparing for some thrilling plans for 2025! While I can’t share all the details just yet, I can say that there will be an operatic role and company debut, some exciting collaborations, recitals and the release of a recording project!
Stay tuned for updates!
Thank you for joining me in reflecting on the events of the last couple of months. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and a fantastic start to the new year. Here’s to making 2025 the best year yet!
